At the top of the ranking is the Quinta do Lago neighborhood in Loulé, Algarve, where the average price of homes reaches 7,636,765 euros. This luxurious development reflects the ongoing appeal of the Algarve to the luxury market. In second place is Rua Garret in Lisbon, with an average price of 4,062,154 euros. Located in the heart of Chiado, one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods, it stands out for its prime location.
